The company started the production with brass castings for scales. Around the year 1900 the, at that time in Gorcum based firm, started with brass castings and portholes for the maritime industry under the name Wigo. The demand for Wigo's products increased and orders came in from all over the world. Wigo moved in the year 2000 in a complete new building with large production facilities and modern offices.
